How to setup the host greeting message

1) Hold power button on the bottom of the phone until you hear “power on” from the speaker

2) Hang up the phone. You will not use the reciever during the process. The external mic will record the host greeting

3) Hold the center button down until you hear a beep

4) CONTINUE holding the button while you record your message

5) Let go of the button when you are done. The external speaker will repeat your greeting. (You can also pick up the receiver to hear the greeting)

Turn the phone off until you are ready to use by holding the power button. Please turn off when event ends
